The customer of this project is a major manufacturer of printing systems.

The project goal is to automatize the communication of printing systems error codes between the departments SW development, service and production of the manufacturer. So far each department had its own representation of such error codes resulting in a complicated and time consuming service process for the repair of the error. A centralized database application now unifies the representation of error codes and service procedures, resulting in more effective service process by all participants toward the companies' customers.
