SW design for transport network-applications for 3GPP / 4GPP base stations

SW design of the transport network applications of the 3GPP and 4GPP base stations of all product lines of Nokia Siemens Networks across several SW- and HW releases.

 

Design for applications like Ethernet / LAN, VLAN, Ethernet Link OAM, Ethernet Service OAM, Synchronous Ethernet, IPv4, IPv6, IP-Routing, ICMP, NTP, IPSec, LDAP, etc.

 

Project tasks:

  • Specification of the object model of the eNodeBs: objects, attributes, methods

  • Definition of the management protocols, including definition of message formats

  • Definition of performance counter for transport network applications.

  • Definition of system error messages for transport network applications.

  • Generation of SW include files by scripting tools directly from the XML data model databases.
