The customer is an internet start-up, that is specialized in the area of search engines. It offers to its own users an internet portal that gathers comments and votes deposited by users in other platforms, forums, blogs, communitities, etc. e.g. when describing a hotel. The portal analyses these statements and can therefore offer its own users qualified information about the gathered comments and votes. It allows also to personalize the entered statements and votes and provides therefore qualified profiles of external users to its own users.
